to get to Orchard Road from State College, Bellefonte, Port Matilda and I-99. Police will not permit traffic on Orchard Road to get backed up at the Park Avenue stop sign. All traffic will be directed onto Park Avenue toward the Medical Center.
If you have traffic problems somewhere other than Orchard Road and you have a cell phone, call 911. Give your name, exact location, destination (Medical Center), make, model, and color of your vehicle. If possible, a police officer will be sent to escort you to the Medical Center. When you see the police officer, get out of your car and wave so that he/she can identify you. Please use this privilege in extreme emergencies only.
